Our room was not ready when we attempted to check in. The staff was great. They called management and our cleaning fee was comped. We certainly understand, it was busy and they had a lot of rooms to clean. Their efforts to clean it quickly and comping our cleaning fee went a long way in our decision to return. Thanks guys.

良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The location was perfect for my stay and easy access. The floors could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom. I would recommend having carpet cleaned and bath floor tile scrubbed. In addition, I experienced a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. I sent a message at 2:29 p.m. and did not receive a response until 7:20 pm from Cindy. Luckily the water leak subsided after the shower above was turned off by the guest. It was clear from the ceiling that there has been water issues in that unit. The maintenance person did call me and informed me the guest in that unit would not be using the shower and I agreed to let is be fixed after my departure.
