Great location and easy walk to Broadway (about a mile). Great communication with Rebecca throughout our stay. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Love the free parking. Be prepared to walk the steps but the view of the river is so peaceful.

Host was very responsive. Everything is in walking distance or you can walk to the bus stop and get anywhere in the city. Had a wonderful time. Will stay again.

River view was very nice. Loved the train going over the river track. I was there in mid October. I never saw the pool! But this site continued to keep hounding me to complete my review because I did not rate the pool! Poor design.

Perfect cozy condo for visiting downtown Nashville. Very comfortable and nice amenities. Really enjoyed the balcony! Outstanding support/communication from Rebecca. ThanksWould be 5 stars if not for the construction and roadwork in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom, kitchen and living area very clean. Great location to the downtown area. It was about a mike walk, but there were always scooters or bikes to use close by. Found the best restaurant nearby called Jonathan's Grille. The prices were great, food great, overall vibe was wonderful and the service was awesome! Great drink specials!

This condo was an excellent find! It's a comfortable and awesome little place, perfect for a few days. The location is fantastic, being so close to Broadway. The host truly deserves a special mention—their communication was beyond excellent and made the whole process stress-free. Finding a place that's this great and pet friendly is a huge win. We felt right at home and highly recommend booking this rental!

Only one suggestion, possibly put ? a shelf or something that goes over the toilet for personal items. There is no where to put your toothbrush etc. The cart in there with toilet paper isn’t conducive for personal items. They fall through the cracks. That being said, this wouldn’t make or break whether we rented this unit again. Great place, love the new decor.

This was a beautiful quaint little stay very close to downtown Broad. The condo was so clean and the Patio overlooking the river was gorgeous. The bed was soft and the living room was very cozy. I appreciated the pizza flyer we had as we ordered and it was delicious! Just know this was on the third floor and there was no elevator so we definitely got our steps in. But I still highly recommend and will stay again!

We received a call just before our stay that there was a maintenence issue in the building. Rebecca was so kind and offered us 2 alternative options. Though we originally chose this beautiful condo, she did upgrade us to a nicer, larger, and amazing condo closer to the event. We are are so thankful for Rebecca's kindness and outstanding customer service. We had a wonderful time in Nashville and would definitely book with her again!!

This was a perfect property for our Nashville stay! There was free and ample parking for our car, and the apartment was spotless. We loved being able to sit on the little balcony and watch the boats go by on the river. Plus we could walk to all of the music venues downtown. We would absolutely book this property again!
