Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool heated (2 x 5 m, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 27.Sep.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "de Mousterian" 7 km. Sports harbour 5 km, tennis 5 km, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: Golfe du Morbihan 5 km, Auray-Port de Saint Goustan 24 km, ARZON (Presqu'île de Rhuys) 29 km, CARNAC 38 km, Presqu'île de QUIBERON 45 km. Hiking paths: GR34. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
