Braemar Towers 1810 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the south tower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher (updated fall of 2022), a washer/dryer, central air, 2 flat-screen TV’s , and free WiFi. Limit of 4 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental.

Second time renting this lovely condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has everything necessary for a perfect week at the beach. Very nicely decorated with a fully outfitted up-to-date kitchen. We’ve stayed at various Braemar condos for 30 years; unit 1810 rates as a favorite.
