You’ll also love the fact that you can leave the car parked and not have to drive all over downtown to find a parking spot! This condo is within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. There is also a bus stop close by if you want to explore further than you want to walk. It a great cost effective option (one ticket is good all day) to explore OC! It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/concerts at the inlet end of the beach and it's just a quick drive over the Rt. 50 bridge to even more entertainment and great outlet shopping.

This spacious unit is nicely decorated and has TVs in every room. The large kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is also a washer in dryer in the unit for your convenience. You'll enjoy plenty of space in the living room to relax and great sleeping options in the three bedroom! The outside deck is a great spot to get away and relax. For those who like to be near the inlet and the boardwalk, this is the perfect spot!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. This building does not have an elevator.
* Only on street parking is available. No parking lot.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 30th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
