Excellent location within easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and as described and communication from the hosts was great. The access to a gym and pool were an added bonus! The little Cuban cafe in the lobby with drinks, breakfast and lunch was a blessing when I was working from the apartment and couldn't run out. Would definitely stay again!

Julio and Yanet are great hosts. Excellent communication. Very responsive. The lovely little apartment is in an ideal location for convenient walking to downtown. It was perfect for the two of us. We even extended our stay. Parking is free in the attached 3-story parking lot with easy access into the building. Apartment access was easy as well. The lovely kitchen has a Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave and range along with everything you need to cook. (We opted for restaurants instead because there are so many excellent choices within easy walking distance!) Plus, there’s a great little cafe that’s open 8am to 6pm is right in the lobby of the building. The bathroom is beautiful. The shower has a great over-sized rain shower head and handheld. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. HIghly recommend!

Hi Paula, Thank you so much for your kind words and understanding. We sincerely apologize again for the AC issue during your stay. Unfortunately, it was a building-wide problem that affected multiple units, but we’re grateful for your patience while we worked to make you as comfortable as possible. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we’re glad you enjoyed the property despite the unexpected situation. Guests like you make hosting. Warm regards, Julio & Yanet Warm Welcome Escapes 🌴☀️

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose Downtown Fort Myers because it offers the perfect mix of relaxation, walkability, and vibrant city energy. The neighborhood has a unique charm with its palm-lined streets, waterfront views, local cafés, rooftop bars, and amazing restaurants all within walking distance from the apartment.

What we enjoy most is how easy it is to experience everything without needing to drive. Guests can walk to dinner, coffee shops, live music, art galleries, and nightlife while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable retreat inside the apartment. The downtown area also hosts frequent events, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals that make the atmosphere feel lively and welcoming year-round.

One of our favorite parts is the beautiful skyline and sunset ambiance around downtown, especially viewed through the apartment’s floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect balance between a modern city stay and the laid-back Southwest Florida lifestyle.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property unique is the combination of modern luxury, unbeatable downtown location, and the experience guests have from the moment they walk in. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful downtown views, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere both day and night.

Unlike many stays, guests can enjoy a true walkable lifestyle — restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, entertainment, and the waterfront are all just steps away. At the same time, the apartment feels peaceful, stylish, and comfortable, making it perfect for both vacations and work trips.
