Casa Juan Breva is located in the city of Malaga and has 150 m2 on one floor at street level. It is very well communicated with the city centre, the beach and the motorway.

The patio of the house, which is for exclusive use, is very spacious and has an Andalusian feel.
The house has air conditioning, cable TV with more than 100 channels (including international channels), high speed fibre optic internet which gives wifi throughout the house and also space to work.

The patio, which is exclusive to the property, has a large bench and a large extendable table to enjoy the sun, relax or have a good meal. Also, on hot days you can use the Andalusian style fountain to cool off.

-Bedroom 1 has a 150 cm double bed, 2 bedside tables, a chest and a double wardrobe.
-Bedroom 2 includes a 135 cm raised bed, two 90 cm beds, a table, a coat rack and a sofa.
-Bedroom 3 has two divans. These can also be transformed into 2 single beds of 80 cm or two double beds of 160 cm.
-The living room has two sofa beds, which can be converted into two double beds of 160 cm. It also includes a television and a coffee table.
The rooms will be open according to the number of guests.
-Kitchen:
The kitchen is independent and has a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave (with oven function), a four-burner cooker and a table.
-Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms. One inside, accessed from the living room and one outside, located in the courtyard. Both bathrooms have a telescopic shower column and their corresponding toilets and washbasins.

The patio, which is exclusive to the house, has a large bench and a large extendable table to enjoy the sun, rest or a good meal. Also, on hot days you can use the Andalusian style fountain to cool off.
