A separate bedroom contains two sleeping chairs (195 cm x 80 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area for four, a microwave with oven, and a fridge with a large separate freezer. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. Notably, there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool (15 m x 8 m, 1.20 m deep) and a separate children's pool, exclusively for guests and owners of Berolina. Shared laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available on floors 1 to 4. A parking space in the underground garage (185 cm height) is included.
