About this property
Hot Tub + Fire Pit + Wraparound Deck | All-Wood Cabin | Near Smokies + Townsend
On the quiet, uncrowded side of the Smokies, Anna's Cabin is the kind of place you exhale into the moment you arrive. Wood-wrapped walls, soaring ceilings, and expansive windows pull the mountain views inside from nearly every angle, while rocking chairs on the covered deck set up slow mornings with coffee and even slower evenings watching the ridgelines turn gold.
Townsend keeps things peaceful, and that's the whole appeal. You're a short drive from the Townsend entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the wildlife-dotted loop through Cades Cove, where black bears, deer, and wild turkeys roam among historic homesteads and hiking trails. Closer to home, the Little River is a local staple for lazy summer tubing, the underground rooms of Tuckaleechee Caverns are worth the trip, and the overlooks along the Foothills Parkway serve up some of the best long-range mountain views in the region. Come back at the end of the day and the cabin does the rest.
Inside, the open-concept main level moves easily between the living area, anchored by a gas fireplace, the full kitchen, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath, give everyone a private retreat: a king on the main level and a queen upstairs. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out sleeping for up to six guests. Cabin-cozy touches are everywhere, from the knotty pine finishes to the warm glow of evening light through the windows.
Step outside and the deck becomes the main event. Soak in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, rock away an afternoon to the sound of the breeze through the trees, or start a conversation that lasts well past sunset. A washer and dryer inside mean you can pack light and stay a while.
AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more.
