Parking: We offer ample space for 6–8 vehicles. Please remain within this limit and drive slowly on our private residential roads.

Winter Travel: During snowy months, the CHP and National Park Service may require snow chains. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped for mountain winter conditions.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of laundry with all the used towels and start a load of dishes in the dishwasher. Thank you!
Please leave any trash in the dumpster at the back of the house and keep it locked. Never leave any trash outside of the dumpster.
Turn off all appliances including the gas fireplaces. Turn the thermostat to 60F in the winter and 80F in the summer. Make sure all the windows and doors are closed and secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
