Private: natural state property 1 ha with trees, meadow. Bathing jetty, fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), parking at the house. Shop 8 km, supermarket 30 km, restaurant 30 km, bus stop "Hjartnes Kryss" 1.1 km, sandy beach 50 m. Fishing possibilities 50 m. Nearby attractions: Folgefonna-Gletscher 70 km, Bondhus-Gletscher 65 km.
"Villa Hjartnes", 5-room house 130 m2. Renovated in 2021, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony. Open living room. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Alcove with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Large balcony 35 m2, terrace 9 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Two freezers, approx. 274 l. and approx. 80 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Urlaub mit Hund

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Phantastischer Ausblick, ruhig gelegen und in der Nähe gibt es alles was man benötigt (Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Landschaft). Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Angelmöglichkeiten und ein zuverlässiges Boot.

Wir haben vom Wetter mal abgesehen eine tolle Woche in der Villa hjartnes verbracht, sehr großzügiges Haus und sauber .Das trifft auch für den Außenbereich zu. Durch das Wetter konnten wir 2 Tage nicht angeln, aber am Ende waren doch ein paar Fische in der Box. Sehr gutes Boot Hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter E. und Ø. Tusend takk for alt og vi kommer igjen .M. og venner

Super Ferienhaus

Das Haus war sehr schön.Die Vermieter waren bei der Ankunft vor Ort. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Boot war auch sehr gut. Angeln war auch gut. Sehr schöne und große Fische gefangen. Leng,Polak,Köhler und Makrelen. Insgesamt 2 sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen.

Super Ausstattung, tolle Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, man hat einen sehr guten Blick auf den Fjord. Das Boot mietet man beim Cousin der Vermieterin, der gleich nebenan wohnt. Es hat 30 PS, ist 5,30 m lang und gut für 4 Personen geeignet. Man kann die Nebenkosten des Hauses und des Bootes mit PayPal bezahlen! Ich kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen! Fisch hatten wir reichlich Ende Mai.

Ein wunderbares, ruhiges Plätzchen mit Blick und direktem Zugang zum Fjord. Einfach traumhaft. Das helle Wohnzimmer, sowie die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Fjord und der wunderschöne Garten laden ein zum entspannen und relaxen. Zusammen mit unserem 12 Jahre alten Hund hatten wir eine fantastische Auszeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr offen, hilfsbereit und zu vorkommend. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts haben sie uns bei der Suche nach Restaurants und Ausflugszielen geholfen :-)
