Would love to make this my every year vacation spot!!! Would definitely rent this house every year! Check in and check out process were smooth and easy, i love the fact that the only thing we had to do upon check out was to take out the trash. The property is prime location! Easy 8 min walk to the beach, the pool is literally 2 blocks away, the view of the marsh is glorious, and one of the best restaurants on the strip is next door. The provided beach chairs were a life saver. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC was on point. We had an issue with an outside vent being loud and running all night preventing us from getting a good night's rest. However, maintenance was able to fix within 24hrs, and the rest of the weekend went smoothly. Areas of improvement:1. more pillows, only 2 pillows in the master bedroom isn't enough. Master bedroom bed is 2 beds put together, you don't feel it, but in the bottom the 2 beds aren't aligned. 2. Carpet was nice and plush but severely stained.3. A previous tenant had a basketball and banged it against the walls leaving an imprint, Mr clean magic eraser might remove that. 4. All of the bathroom cabinets were falling off the hinges, the one on the first floor came off completely this is an easy fix. 5. Kitchen disposal sink has a foul smell to it, a quick clean goes a long way. 6. Would be nice if all of the bedrooms had a tv and if the living room TV was bigger.
