This bright and cheery vacation rental features an updated interior with wood floors, fresh furnishings, and on-site amenities. Walk just minutes to the sparkling coastline, launch a kayak from the bay, or lounge by the shared pool. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after beach days. Inside your condo, find an open-concept floor plan with all the comforts of home. Kick back on the sofabed and watch a new movie on the flatscreen TV in the living area. Whip up your favorite meals and beach snacks in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Provided board games and free WiFi add extra layers of entertainment. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

I recently stayed at Bradley on the Bay and had a great experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. The condo itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice balcony with a bay view, perfect for sunsets. The pool was a great bonus too! It’s a quiet, relaxing spot that still gives you easy access to all the fun in Ocean City. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean, decorated nicely, and in a great location. Beach was a short walk across the street and the bay had a small beach area where the kids played in the water. Pool was nice- closes at 8, which I thought was a bit early. Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Safe, clean & quiet, this was the perfect place for a long weekend. Kitchen worked perfectly. It was quiet at night & everyone by the pool was super friendly. It was easy to walk up to Seacretes & down to the Tram station. A perfect weekend to celebrate our anniversary!

No major complaints. It was clean, quiet, accessible to the pool and the beach. having more pots and pan would be more convenient. new iron, since the one they had, the steam button was broken and a regular floor iron board. It was very difficult for us to iron our clothes. since the purpose of our trip was to attend a wedding in Ocean City. Other than that, everything went well I would stay there again.

Peaceful Atmosphere

I love that as soon as I enter thru the door the open and flow of the whole unit welcome me with warmth and peaceful atmosphere. The colors of the wall decors, the inviting seating unit, the muted yet warm colors in the kitchen area all contribute to the welcoming warmth. It just feels home away from my real home. I love the cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Its convenient location between the ocean and the bay is a huge draw for me. The 5-min walk to the ocean to watch the sun rises and the short distance to the bay to enjoy the sunset are terrific. I definitely will be back for a repeat of these good feel of warmth and peace.

Anniversary Getaway

We needed a last minute getaway for our anniversary with our infant twins in tow. There was enough space for all of us and the baby gear. The condo was beautifully decorated and we could tell it was recently remodeled. All of the furniture was comfortable and appeared brand new. The kitchen has all full size appliances & cookware + Keurig (bring your k-cups!) with plenty of room to store food if you want to cook yourself. You will essentially be staying on the bay and just a couple of blocks from the beach. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and activities (like putt-putt golf). We really liked Happy Jacks for breakfast (walking distance). For crab cakes, must try the Original Crabcake Factory, which was delicious (a very short drive away). Overall we were 100% happy with our stay at this condo and would not hesitate rebooking it in the future!

Not happy with Vacasa in ocean city

Left several messages about cleanliness and we were never told the parking lot was closed for repainting lines. No idea where to park. Had to carry all our stuff a good bit away as opposed to parking right in front in our assigned spot. No correspondence from property manager when we would be able to park in the lot. Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of cleanliness. Stayed in the same place before and never had an issue.

The check in process was a joke. I emailed and text all morning for the step by step procedures for the check in process. When i arrived at the property at 7pm after driving a 5 hour drive no one was available to help get us into our room. They kept saying you recived an email which stated nothing about codes for a lockbox which our key was suppose to be in. After calling several times and two hours later we finally got someone to pull out a key from a hidden location to get us into the room.
