This is a massive home! If you have a bigger family or friends coming, wow this is what you want. Classic cape in every way. Easy to P-Town or Mid-cape. National Seashore is right there.

For our family of ten; the space was perfect. The house is in a beautiful setting with a comfortable wrap around deck and a living room that makes you feel like you are in the trees! The kitchen is well equipped. We did have to search for the Keurig which was stashed in a dining room closet and the ice-maker was not working (minor inconveniences). The dining room table fit all of us which was wonderful. Three of us barbecue consistently and all had difficulty starting the grill. The ignition is not working properly. We were disappointed that one bedroom had a waste basket that had mold on its bottom as did the small rug it was on and the floor underneath. I put the rug and basket with the trash and cleaned the floor with disinfectant. There also was a container on the deck that had broken glass and water in it. I notified the owner of all our concerns and she replied quickly. Hopefully all issues were addressed before the next tenants arrived. But for those things, I would have given 5 stars. The location is perfect, space was perfect for us, comfortable, beautiful yard and provided easy access to ponds, beaches, downtown and Route 6. Ages ranged from 4 to 81 years and everyone enjoyed it!
