Ceci est une maison confortable et magnifiquement entretenue. Les principales attractions comprennent (i) une grande salle familiale avec une grande télévision par câble à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, un foyer au bois et des sièges pour 14 personnes - idéal pour une soirée de jeu en famille, (ii) une grande cuisine merveilleusement équipée (y compris Kitchenaid et Cuisinart), parfait pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner et se divertir; la cuisine comprend également un foyer à bois, (iii) une immense terrasse dans le jardin avec des tables, des parasols et des sièges pour 12 personnes ou plus - parfait pour les repas en plein air, (iv) une terrasse en bois entourant la piscine creusée et chauffée comprend quatre salons et deux vitres tables, parasols et huit chaises, (v) grande cour plate et clôturée, parfaite pour le soccer, le volley-ball, le croquet, etc.; douche extérieure; (vi) bureau à domicile séparé avec imprimante; et (vii) Internet sans fil et tous les appareils standard - lave-vaisselle, laveuse, sécheuse. Belle maison dans un excellent emplacement: Ceci est une maison merveilleuse et spacieuse située dans le charmant quartier de Boat Meadow offrant sa propre piscine creusée chauffée et des courts de tennis d'association. Une grande propriété de vacances pour le plus grand rassemblement. De plus, cette maison est très proche du Cape Cod Rail Trail (pour le vélo et la course) et du côté de la baie et des plages de National Seashore.

Cape Family vacation

House was everything that we hoped for! Enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, swimming in the pool, and the grandchildren loved playing in the backyard. Perfect location close to National seashore beaches, bay beaches and bike path. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Lovely house and grounds

Our three generations had plenty of room in the beautifully appointed house and we made good use of the yard and pool! Great location and near beaches, owner Carolyn is amazingly friendly and responsive when we had questions, it was a wonderful vacation!

Pool was awesome, strange setup with the bedrooms (2 bedrooms were connected to master suite), but overall, it was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Other than the funky bedroom(s), it was a great setup with lots o room!!

Great vacation in Cape.

Great place for family get together with house and pool in lovely neighborhood. Close to bike trail, walked to First Encounter (run) and definitely walk to pond for swim. Easy ride to Wellfleet and P-Town, too! Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen outfitted to have your own dinners and cocktails!

Great vacation property!

We had a great time at the house, the kids barely got out of the pool. Location is great, very quiet neighborhood but close to so much! The owner (Carolyn) and property management company were both very helpful and easy to communicate with. Already trying to find a week next year to return!

A week on the Cape.

Beautiful house. The basement with pool table, + table tennis + table football was an unexpected bonus. The pool was very nice (and warm). The house was the perfect base for seeing the entire Cape.

We loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room and space when my adult children and granddaughter came to hangout and have dinner. The pool came in very handy with the above normal temperatures.

Lovely spacious home.

This delightful home had everything we needed, and more! Spacious and comfortable and fabulous pool and outdoor space. The pool was heated so even on a couple of days when the weather was not so good we could enjoy the pool. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and only a short car ride to first encounter beach and 10 min bike ride on quiet road to reach the rail trail. We are already thinking about booking for next year.

Great House for Two Families with Kids!

This is a beautiful property in a great location with a pool! Home is well-equipped with everything a kitchen needs, tons of puzzles and games, and a ping pong, pool table and fuse-ball in the basement. The beds are comfortable, bedrooms and main spaces are air conditioned, and bathrooms are beautifully updated. The home has lots of spaces for older kids to hang-out, and a great bonus room over the garage. The owner was a pleasure to work with when we had questions. An all around perfect week!

Superb property

Our party of 9 had everything we needed in this lovely home. An inviting living room is set up for entertaining and a closet off the hallway provided a variety of thoughtful games and puzzles which we all enjoyed. Bedrooms were well appointed and we appreciated the updated bathrooms. The pool which is rare in the terms of cape rentals was nice a nice treat and was thoroughly enjoyed after a day at the national seashore. We will definitely be booking for next year. Owner is fabulous to deal with!

The Yayas

Our stay at this property could not have been nicer. Carolyn was absolutely above and beyond in her efforts to ensure our group of 8 women friends had a fabulous time. We love to cook during our annual fall trip to the Cape and the kitchen had everything! Every bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms have been updated and we’re just lovely. The pool and the outside space was perfect. An extra feature that we all enjoyed, including the artist in our group was the artwork. It truly made this property special. The location was perfect! We were all very sad to leave!

Wonderful time in Eastham

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had an even better time than our first stay. The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and yard. And the location is great - close to First Encounter and Skaket beaches, Rock Harbor, and a quick bike ride to the rail trail.

Great house and pool

The house was very spacious and the pool was awesome. We had a problem with the internet and Carolyn worked on it until it was restored. It was located on a quiet street which was so nice when you live in the city life. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you needed. I personally loved the kitchen. The only thing I can say negative (which is not anyone's fault) is the flies. I would advice to bring plenty of bug sprays but the pool was worth it. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a nice quiet vacation. Thank you Carolyn for letting us rent your beautiful house. Bonnie

An Eastham VRBO Gem

This Eastham home exceeded our group's expectations. The description was accurate, the check-in and check-out processes were easy, the beds and bedrooms were comfortable, living spaces were comfortable and easily accommodated group gatherings, and furnishings on the deck and surrounding the pool were great for individuals and groups. Two added features are the heated pool and the enclosed outdoor shower!! My group of friends and I are already considering re-booking this property for next summer ;-). I would highly recommend this property for groups and large families.

Summer stay

The house was well located, near many beaches, bike trails, etc. The lack of AC for the upstairs master, and proximity to marsh made it buggy. We also had a problem with WiFi for several days of the trip. Good time overall. Would consider staying again IF there was AC.

Marshside Delight

The property is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It is right on the marsh, so the nature and birdwatching is a real delight. The pool was great for the kids and the patio/deck furniture makes for an enjoyable outdoor dinner and lounging. Location wise, it’s a prime spot nestled between the national seashore and the beaches bayside. Restaurant (takeout currently) scene is also a plus. Great way to spend a week on the cape.

Great area for families

Amazing vacation! We loved the house and the pool, but had a few challenges. Very clean. House is on the marsh and very buggy. No A/C on second floor. No blinds or curtains in master bedroom upstairs. Sunrise comes up at 4:30, great view from window, but made it impossible to sleep. Also no microwave as advertised. Loved the area, especially First Encounter Beach which is 5 min away.

Great house and pool!

We had a great stay at Carolyn’s! The property is even better than the pictures. The house is spacious and the heated pool was amazing, especially since it was a little cooler than we hoped for most of the week. The backyard is also large with a great view of the marsh.
