Wake up to the sound of waves rolling onto shore. Grab your favorite morning beverage and take just of steps to the beach, where you can watch Cocoa Beach's famous sunrises paint the sky over the ocean.

This charming second story walk up features, playful wall murals with an open concept design. A getaway from the mundane, a place to relax, refresh and recharge.

Recently updated, our oceanview condo offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and comfortably sleeps up to five guests. Amenities includes one dedicated parking spot, private beach access, and a shared patio area with tables, benches, grills, and an outdoor shower. On-site laundry facilities are also available for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection/air fryer combo, and a fully stocked coffee bar for easy mornings and relaxing evenings in.

The living room features a wall mounted Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a small bar area, and a selection of board games and books for family fun and downtime.

The primary bedroom offers a queen platform bed. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the pack n' play (travel crib), high chair, and toddler toys provided in the closet.

The second bedroom connects to the living room through sliding bypass doors. Leave them open to expand the living space, or close them for privacy and enjoy 3 twin platform beds.

The remodeled bathroom is designed to give you a spa like experience, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with both rainfall shower head and hand held sprayer. Guests can enjoy luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash amenities, along with a lighted anti-fog mirror equipped with Bluetooth capabilities.

For beach days, we provide four beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach towels and sand toys so you can make the most of your time by the ocean.

Whether you're unwinding after a day of adventures or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere, this condo is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

Wow! This was such a nice place to stay at. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach. It was so nice just to be able to grab a towel and go. I love the decor! The house had everything you needed and things you didn't think you need! I loved all the modern appliances and the modern kitchen. The place was also so close to the heart of Cocoa Beach. It was nice not to have to drive too far to eat or enjoy the town. Cocoa Beach is the best. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Definitely recommend it and I promise if I can I will return!

We booked for 1 month. We were very pleased with the accomodations. It is well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great as we love the beach. A huge bonus was the great view of Kennedy space center, where we were able to watch artimas ll and many other rocket launches. Can also watch the cruise ships departing from port. Highly recommend!!!

Dream stay

This rental was just as expected from the listing and even more spacious than expected. The location to the beach can’t be beaten. We loved our stay! the details and decor of the condo were such a nice addition. We will definitely stay again. And we even got to watch a space rocket launch right from the beach in front of the condo! Truly unique and amazing experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! It is so cozy and close to the beach. The only down side is the washer and dryer isn’t in the unit and it could have softer pillows. Beds are comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen is fully equipped, the murals are so fun, beach chairs and umbrella are available and food shopping is near by! We also got to see bunnies and tortoise. Our family truly had a great time!

Perfect location, ocean view, newly renovated, clean, accessorized nicely, comfortable, and quiet. Priced justv right. 1 mile walk to Cocoa Beach pier, and only like a 3 minute walk to beach outsidec the unit. Loved it! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Relaxing beach weekend

Clean and convenient. Laundry room outside of apartment. It was easy access to the beach and we were able to watch a shuttle launch from beach. Questions were quickly answered. It was a great weekend escape.

New Favorite Spot!

This place was amazing! My kids absolutely loved it, and it had everything we needed. From coffee and comfy beds to being literally right on the beach. It made hauling surfboards super convenient, and it was perfect for peaceful walks by the ocean.I visit Cape Canaveral often and have always noticed this building. So glad I finally got the chance to stay. The design aesthetic is right up my alley. The family who owns it clearly put a lot of love into restoring the terrazzo floors and painting those beautiful ocean murals. It was fun, quiet, relaxing, and has officially become my number one spot.If you stay, you'll love it! Just take good care of it. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Cozy, Funky Vibe

We stayed here for 1 night and 2 longer days. Family of 4; 2 adults 13yo 8yo. Super close to the ocean and property provided chairs, umbrella, 1 boogie board and sand toys, which was great! A cooler would have been super helpful to keep our snacks and beverages cold. The smart TV was great for those who have accounts to login to -- but we were unable to figure out how to just get to live TV. If you like beds that are a little bit hard vs soft, you will love it - they are memory foam beds but are more on the harder than softer side. The shower was amazing -- my kids didn't want to get out! There was shampoo/conditioner/bodywash set up in the shower. If you forgot some items, there was a basket with goodies to get you through until you got to a store. My kiddos missed having a pool and we thought there was one, but we obviously missed that detail when looking at the space. Overall, this was a great place. Thank you!

Breathtaking ocean views. This unit is situated in a very quiet, quaint two story old Florida building. Having completely remodeled this gem, our favorite feature is still that you will be only steps to the beach. Intimacy with the shore like no other building in the area.
