Historic village house, documented since the mid-19th century and fully renovated in 2019. The living area covers 162 m² over two floors, plus a 29 m² service area and a 50 m² rooftop solarium with views of the sea and mountains. Located behind the church in the village of s'Alqueria Blanca, the house sits on a central yet quiet street. On the same street, you’ll find the village’s oldest wood-fired bakery, open since 1936, and an ice cream shop. Within five minutes on foot, you can reach the local supermarket, other bakeries, restaurants, and craft shops. Cycling routes lead to the beaches of Parc Natural de Mondragó and Porto Petro, both about five minutes away by car. There are also hiking trails to Pou del Rei and the Consolació sanctuary, historic sites of local interest. The airport and Palma city are about an hour’s drive away.
The house is fully equipped and offers three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (all with showers), a living room, kitchen-dining area, pantry, service area (with washing machine, drying rack, storage, and space for bikes and motorbikes), and a solarium. Parking is usually available on nearby streets. The house accommodates six adults, with a cot and high chair available. The house is named after its first known resident, an ancestor of the current owner, who was much loved by the family.
