Located just a mile off interstate 64 and directly off Illinois hwy 51 this one bedroom home is completely fresh. It has a single car garage for parking your car or motorcycle. The parking lot is large enough for a truck and trailer or several vehicles. The back patio is relaxing and shaded, a great place to grill out and watch the wildlife that frequents the yard. The internet and phone service is great. Washer and dryer at your disposal. The bed is soft and comfortable!

~Please put house trash in the large blue can on the back patio, don’t worry about putting a new bag in the can ~ Please close bedroom and bathroom doors (late Fall-Winter)
