"Johannes" Vacation Apartment, located on a farm in a secluded setting with a garden

This small, rustic, and cozy vacation apartment, Johannes, is located on our small, secluded farm, offering a great view of the peaceful fields of the Charlottenhof.

It can accommodate up to 3 people.

The living area features an open, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher), a fireplace, a fold-out bed, a sofa, and a TV. From here, you can step out onto the cozy terrace with a lounge area and grill, as well as the small, fully fenced-in garden.

The bedroom features a large double bed with a TV, and the bathroom has a bathtub.

On our farm, there’s a small farm shop and many farm animals, such as cattle, horses, chickens, and more. The absolute highlight, however, is our natural swimming pond with a great beach. We’re also located right on the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and fields. Here, you can take endless walks through the beautiful surroundings and to other swimming lakes.
