Pets under 25 lbs. accepted. $100 per visit , per pet ( cash or check) Pet must be crated if left alone in the home. Outdoors it must be on a leash.

You must follow the guest information on the air conditioning units, so that they don't freeze up. The host will send you information before check in.

The pool does have quiet hours from 11pm-8am each day as a courtesy to our neighbors. The pool opens every March- September depending on weather.
