Sehr gut geeignet für erwachsene Radfahrer, denen 5-10 Kilometer tägliche Reisen zum Strand, für Einkäufe und/oder Essen kein Hinderniss darstellen.,für Kinder hingegen eher ungeeignet. Strandnähe ist mit Verlaub total Quatsch, da die Strandstrecken, die sich zum Objekt am nähersten befinden, sind wenig mehr als wilde Steinufer, kein Sand, dazu Algen, die niemand aufräumt (und könnte gar nicht, auch wenn man das gewollt hätte, da die dazu geeignete Technik würde man kaum an Ort und Stelle bringen können, das Terrain erlaubt es nicht). Das Haus selbst ist ein umgebauter Schuppen oder so was Ähnliches, im oberen Geschoss kan nicht mal ein Kind beim Bett aufrecht stehen. Zudem die Sorge um das Objekt ist fehlerhaft: die Tür zur Terreasse fällt bald um, das Licht über dem Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist kaputt, der Schlüsseltreser ebenso oder mindestens wird nicht mehr lange aushalten. In Kürze, mehr als ein Paar Übernachtungen ist die Unterkunft nicht wert, jedoch den Outdoorfans in voller Lebenskraft zumutbar.
