Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is very friendly! Its close to downtown deland and some really cool local shops. Deland is a growing area! Stetson University is about 3 mins away. Beaches are about 30 mins. The area is peaceful and inviting.
What makes this property unique
4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Its extremely hard to find a nice home in deland that can host an entire family! So we are excited to provide a huge home full of space for everyone even the pets!
