The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

After booking, you will be provided with a private keypad code that will remain active for the duration of your stay. This code will be automatically sent 24-48 hours before your arrival date. Keypad locks automatically every time door is shut.

Every night is a different theme/party ranging from an Elvis impersonator to a 80s nights and much more! At night the restaurant turns up the sounds and the place gets very lively! No need to Uber, just go down the elevator!

Your Host and Co-Hosts are here for you! Your host is a local Ft Laudian so he is willing and able to answer any questions about the city or your stay as needed. We also have a highly trained avaible 24/7 Co-Host that knows the unit and hotel inside and out. Feel free to reach out but also refer to the arrival guide, check in and checkout instructions provided in the airbnb listing as well as the guest book located on the dining room table!

-Parking: If you have a vehicle, there is a paid valet service provided by the hotel. 18$ per night per vehicle will be required to park your car during your stay. This will be paid directly to valet.

-Laundry: washers/dryers located on basement level. 2$ per load required. No need to wash any linens or bed sheets, my cleaning staff will take care of that after your departure!
Please make sure to include and add every guest that is staying to the reservation via the airbnb platform. Any additional guests staying that are not included in the reservation will result in acharge of 50$ per guest. Visitors that arent staying overnight is allowed however no more than 12 people in the unit at any given time.

Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the property (vaping is fine I dont care) if you open the patio window MAKE SURE close the sliding glass door on the patio and turn off the portable A/C unit. Do not smoke out of the window, do not throw things out of the window.
