The condo is great. Spacious, clean, good kitchen, decent balcony. However, the use of the phrase ‘newly renovated’ is not entirely accurate. Grout in the bathroom is old, interior doors require painting, cabinetry in the kitchen is not the best. We would return, but the advertising is not quite accurate

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo, especially the spacious layout, cleanliness, kitchen, and balcony, and we truly appreciate hearing that you would stay with us again. We also appreciate your comments regarding the “newly renovated” description. The property has received several updates and improvements, but we understand your perspective and will review the wording of our listing to ensure it accurately reflects the current condition of the condo. We are also taking note of the specific items you mentioned, including the bathroom grout, interior doors, and kitchen cabinetry, as we continue making improvements to the property. Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback. We would be happy to welcome you back on a future visit!

Will definitely be back to stay in the condo. It's a great size for a small family or an individual. Doesn't face the beach, but the city lights at night are not a compromise. The property amenities including the fun Tiki bar make this a well-rounded place to call home (or home away from home).

We stayed with Brigita for spring break and it was amazing. You are right on the beach and there is also a pool and tiki bar with yummy food and drinks. There is breakfast that you can pay for and a trinket shop on the way down to the pool. There was also so many stores around the area in walking distance. We really never had to drive anywhere unless we were going out. We had an accident with the back door handle and she was very understanding and wonderful with communication. Also very accommodating to our flight schedules with check in/out times. Would recommend to anyone if you’re visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

One of the best things about this location is that you truly get the best of South Florida. The condo is located directly on the beach, so you can walk from the lobby straight onto the sand and enjoy the ocean anytime you like.

The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and convenient, with excellent restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping just minutes away. You're also a short drive from Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, and Boca Raton.

One of my favorite features is that **Lauderdale-by-the-Sea** is less than a mile away and an easy walk from the condo. It's a charming beach town filled with wonderful restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, a beautiful beach, and its iconic fishing pier. It's one of the reasons I fell in love with this area and enjoy coming back again and again.

I also love the beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway and the relaxing beach atmosphere. Whether you're looking to unwind by the ocean, explore local attractions, or enjoy great dining, this neighborhood offers the perfect balance of convenience, coastal charm, and authentic South Florida living.
