From the approximately 30 m² terrace and the pool, you have a stunning view of the mountains and the sea.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished in a modern style with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room has a sofa bed with a sleeping option for one person. Each room has air conditioning.

The new 8 x 4 m pool with a depth of 1.50 m invites you to spend long hours swimming.

From Sayalonga, you can reach the house in 2 km via a concrete road that is narrow and steep in places.

In the small, cozy town of Sayalonga, there are several restaurants, a pharmacy, a small supermarket, and a bakery.

The coastal town of Algarrobo Costa can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the airport in about an hour. In Algarrobo Costa, you will find a discount store and other supermarkets.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Arrival and departure times can be arranged individually upon request.
