NEW! Dog Friendly STEPS from the Ocean! Big Beach House with Private Yard!

Welcome to Ocean Breeze, your perfect New Smyrna Beach escape! This dog-friendly retreat features 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fenced yard for relaxing or playtime, and a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen ready for family meals. Wake up and stroll just 30 seconds to the sand and surf, then unwind in comfort after a day in the sun. Ideal for families, couples, or beach-loving travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and coastal charm.

One (1) Ring camera is located in the rear yard area of the dwelling, which includes the rear entrance. Recordings of audio and video take place in the back yard area when motion is detected. All devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
Three (3) vehicles may be parked in the gravel area on the 14th Avenue side of the home. All are offered free of charge to guests.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.

Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
