Super cute and well equipped spot! The only downside was that the firewood included was wet and wouldn’t catch, so would recommend purchasing kiln dried wood to make sure you can take advantage of the fireplace.

This property is an absolute gem! It's been beautifully updated and was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay feel cozy and luxurious. We stayed during a particularly cold spell (sub-zero lows) and the home stayed delightfully warm. The location was excellent and convenient, and despite being on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet inside. I would love to go back in warmer weather and sit by the river.

Wife and I brought our two boys here for a week in Stowe. We had a blast going to the river, all the nearby haunts, and enjoyed some tv at night. Only thing we could have wished for was a porch or somewhere to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. Also maybe some air conditioning, but at least the house has ceiling fans as well as one box fan to use.We saw a bear our first night there so would’ve been a little nervous if there were somewhere outside to hang out.

House was very clean, all new appliances and bathroom, absolutley gorgeous views and a prime spot for going to Stowe mountain. Just turn left out of the driveway and you're there in less than 10 minutes.My only complaint was that the firewood provided was not only unseasoned, but also wet because it isnt stored properly. Made it extremely difficult to light a fire let alone keep it going, had to resort to spending more of my own money on a pack of seasoned wood and some kindling from a local convenience store.
