Clean room with lovely balcony and street view. The studio is about a 15min walk from the train station. Very quiet at nights. The oweners were very friendly and even give us a lift to the Hausberg ski lift one morning.

A beautiful apartment, was perfect for me and my sister for the week. The host is so kind, the room is cozy and clean with all the essentials provided, and the view of the mountains is fantastic. Such a nice neighborhood, will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Small apartment i Partenkirchen

The little apartment was very cozy, clean and quiet. Parking can be tricky unless you arrive early is all street parking. Otherwise we had no problems with our stay.

Garmisch stay

Very nice spot to explore the local area. Made contact with the owner and was able to check in early and also check out later. Very friendly and welcoming and even a bottle of bubbly waiting in the fridge. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet area. The apartment was warm which was nice due to the temperature being cold. Ideal location for a stroll into town or for a walk on the hills. I would definitely stay here again. was able to check in and out

Annemie was a lovely host! Even though she didn't speak English, she was very patient, and answered all questions translated on my phone or via email. The appartment is close to the bus stop (5 mins walk) and train station (10 minutes walk), so they was very Ideal. It's as a mounThe appartment has all the amenities you could need, and she kindly added a microwave for me to use. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone travelling to Garmisch,

Enjoyed staying here. Close proximity to everything. Wonderful host. Nice clean apartment. Had everything we needed except, no WiFi. My only complaint is the $30 Euro tourist fee to use the bus and receive discounts on certain events. We drove and didn’t need a bus pass but still had to pay for it, as the owner is enrolled in the program for their renters.

Daß ich kein W-LAN habe , müßte ich einrichten lassen und auch den Mietpreis erheben wie andere Gastgeber und ich bleibe lieber niedriger im Mietpreis und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Das mit der Kurbeitrag liegt ja nicht an mir , ich muß meine Gäste anmelden , ob Sie die Kurkarte nützen oder nicht , aber vielleich denken Sie wieder an meine Adresse , wenn Sie einen Urlaub in Ga-Pa planen

Sehr netter Kontakt schon vor der Anreise und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Einchecken völlig unkompliziert. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Zahlreiche Anregungen für Wanderungen und Spaziergängen erhalten. Appartement wie beschrieben. Zwar klein, aber alles war da und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den häufigen Wechsel aller gestellten Wäsche wie Handtücher und Geschirrtücher. Wir haben uns in den knapp drei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Ich war für 4 Tage in meiner kleinen Ferienwohnung und es war alles wie beschrieben. Ein toller Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Berge, sowie kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Besonders toll war für mich, dass ich mein Fahrrad in der Garage unterstellen konnte. Ganz ohne irgendeinen Aufpreis! Sehr sympathische und freundliche Anbieter.
