Quietly located on the outskirts of the village, it is the perfect place to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy nature in the immediate vicinity. The picturesque Riessersee can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the Kreuzeckbahn is directly nearby.

The vacation apartment "kloana Waxlstoa" offers space for up to 4 people on 35 sqm. Stylish and alpine modern furnished: Here you feel at home right away!
The living and dining area has a cozy wooden dining area, which offers enough space. Here you can catch a magnificent view of the mountain range even from the lunch table. Likewise, the room has a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed for two people in a few simple steps.
The balcony is a highlight in any case: take out your camera! A picturesque view of the surrounding mountain range awaits you here and provides a wonderful vacation feeling. The unobstructed mountain view will remain in your memory for a long time!
The apartment is equipped with a new kitchenette, here you can prepare small dishes perfectly. Of course, all important utensils such as a hot plate with 2 hobs, a dishwasher and a refrigerator are available.

The bedroom of the vacation apartment "kloana Waxlstoa" spreads an absolute feel-good atmosphere due to the cozy wooden style. Restful nights are guaranteed in the 180x200 cm double bed! Of course, there is also a closet at your disposal. With direct access to the apartment's second balcony, you can secure a portion of sun rays already in the morning and start the day with enough fresh air. The bathroom is located right next door, with access through the bedroom. A shower, toilet as well as a sink are located here.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check Out hat durchweg alles prima geklappt. Sonntag Anreise über Schlüsseltresor absolut problemlos. Auf jeden Fall wieder bei Mahrs FeWo Vermittlung.

Sehr gemütliche und angenehme Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Es war sehr sauber und es gab auch notwendige Haushaltsgegenstände, was sehr praktisch ist. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, ermöglicht es Ihnen, sich zu entspannen und mit der Natur zu verschmelzen. Es gibt Edeka und eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Leider ist es sehr unangenehm, die Schlüssel zu erhalten und abzugeben, da das Büro weit von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Das Personal ist jedoch sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen.

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Nach einem schönen Tag unterwegs ist der Balkon ein ideale Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der Blick auf die Berge ist fantastisch und bei Sonnenschein und hitze gibt es sogar eine große Markiese die den Aufenthalt dann sehr angenehm macht.

Es ist ein schönes kleines, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Zugspitze ist super. Das Schlafzimmer ist allerdings ziemlich klein. Für ein paar Tage reicht es aber. Leider sind die Matratzen nicht gut, man rollt immer wieder zur Mitte. Haben wir aber auch schon mitgeteilt und man wollte sich drum kümmern. Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Die Wohnung - besonders Schlafzimmer und Bad - sind extrem beengt. Schön wäre auch gewesen, wenn der Staub/die Flusen vor unserem Bezug beseitigt worden wäre. Leider nur oberflächliche Reinigung. Spülmittel war keines vorhanden.
