Cozy, bohemian-style vacation apartment (75 m²) with a terrace and barrier-free access

Our holiday rental is located in the Oberhochstatt district near Weißenburg in Bavaria. Oberhochstatt is about 6 km from Weißenburg, the district seat. The surrounding area is very rural and idyllic. For this reason, you can enjoy many nature-based recreational activities, such as hiking or biking. The Roman Adventure Trail is a great option for this—there, you can follow in the footsteps of the Romans and explore the Limes. The holiday home itself was built in 2022. It is equipped with a solar power system that generates electricity for the home on sunny days. Heat is also sustainably generated from renewable energy sources. The holiday home offers plenty of space for guests of all ages. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and parking spaces, as well as electric vehicle charging stations and a large, inviting terrace. Work is also currently underway on a project to create a common room and a playground. There, you can enjoy activities such as foosball or table tennis. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of cultural and recreational activities. The large county seat of Weißenburg features several attractions, such as the Hohenzollern Fortress in Wülzburg, the Roman Baths, and the fort in Weißenburg. Weißenburg’s historic district, with its inviting shops, museums, and restaurants, is also an absolute must-see. For all water sports enthusiasts, Lake Brombach offers countless activities—such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) or wakeboarding—for many enjoyable hours. Of course, don’t forget the Steinerne Rinne with its natural water show, as well as the summer toboggan run in Pleinfeld. A visit to our beautiful Jura region is well worth the trip for everyone. And we would be delighted to welcome you to our new and modern holiday apartment. Our “Limes” holiday rental is decorated in a boho style. It features 75 m² of living space, divided into three fully furnished rooms. This apartment is characterised by its accessibility—the entrance, the shower, and access to the terrace are all at ground level. Another special feature of this apartment is that pets are also welcome. The light-filled living area includes a large kitchenette, a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. On the apartment’s terrace, you can soak up the sun all day long. The bedroom is equipped with a double box-spring bed, a large built-in closet, and a small cabinet that offers plenty of space for clothing. The bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in rain shower, as well as hand and bath towels. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. Tableware is also provided. The apartment offers a relaxing stay for everyone. The total amount is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
