Escape to this beautiful, single-level townhouse in a peaceful Pagosa Springs community, offering a comfortable retreat for two or a small family. High ceilings and plenty of windows fill the home with natural light, while thoughtful amenities throughout make it easy to settle in and enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway.

The open living area provides a welcoming place to gather after a day of exploring. Comfortable seating surrounds a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, while the gas fireplace adds warmth and cozy character on cool evenings. Whether you're settling in for a quiet night or sharing stories from the day's adventures, the living space offers plenty of room to relax together.

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals at home simple, with a breakfast bar and nearby dining table for six providing flexible options for enjoying everything from morning coffee to dinner together.

The townhouse's single-level layout offers convenient, easy living throughout your stay. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and help create a bright, inviting atmosphere from morning through evening.

Located approximately six miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, the townhouse provides a peaceful home base while keeping the area's attractions within easy reach. Spend time exploring the San Juan River, where warmer months bring opportunities for fishing, kayaking, tubing, and paddleboarding, or head into town to experience the area's famous hot springs along with local restaurants, cafes, and breweries.

Golfers can enjoy 27 holes at Pagosa Springs Golf Club, located just one mile from the townhouse. For another way to experience the surrounding San Juan Mountains, several local stables and outfitters offer horseback riding opportunities through the area.

Winter brings skiing and snowboarding at Wolf Creek Ski Area, approximately 30 miles northeast. After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of the gas fireplace and relax in the comfortable living area.

What a gem! This place was beautiful and more like a home than a rental. At the end of the street was a City Market shopping plaza with the cutest little restaurant for breakfast and lunch, as well as a huge store with Mexican imports, such fun finds! We loved this condo and want to stay here again! We were in Pagosa to do the Solstice Sunrise at Chimney Rock, highly recommend, and the condo was a quick 20 minutes from there and we didn't have to deal with driving through all of the construction in town. the location was absolutely perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Had lots of kitchen amenities. Was a little difficult to find in the dark and the code to the front door a little difficult at first. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy condo close to everything

We chose this place for the location, and ease of getting in and out to go skiing. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom. Loved the fireplace!

Everything you need in a 2/2 vacay home. Living room furniture was comfy, fireplace amazing. Bed, linens and towels were soft and comfortable. Extremely clean. Convenient to everything. We had the best time.
