This townhouse sits within a peaceful community located just six miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, the San Juan River, and the area's world-famous hot springs. In warm weather, the San Juan River offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, tubing, and paddleboarding, while visiting golfers will want to challenge the 27 holes of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, only a mile from your door. And discover the San Juans on horseback through one of several local stables and outfitters. In winter, hit the slopes of the Wolf Creek Ski Area, just 30 miles northeast. What a gem! This place was beautiful and more like a home than a rental. At the end of the street was a City Market shopping plaza with the cutest little restaurant for breakfast and lunch, as well as a huge store with Mexican imports, such fun finds! We loved this condo and want to stay here again! We were in Pagosa to do the Solstice Sunrise at Chimney Rock, highly recommend, and the condo was a quick 20 minutes from there and we didn't have to deal with driving through all of the construction in town. the location was absolutely perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Had lots of kitchen amenities. Was a little difficult to find in the dark and the code to the front door a little difficult at first. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again!

We chose this place for the location, and ease of getting in and out to go skiing. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom. Loved the fireplace!

Everything you need in a 2/2 vacay home. Living room furniture was comfy, fireplace amazing. Bed, linens and towels were soft and comfortable. Extremely clean. Convenient to everything. We had the best time.
