This light-filled 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor and is tastefully furnished and child-friendly. The beach is about 80 metres away, and a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, the spa gardens, mini-golf, and a bike rental shop are all within a few minutes’ walk. The living room features a well-equipped open kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and electric mixer. A dining area with three chairs and a high chair is also provided. The sleeper sofa is of very high quality and has a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m; the 50-inch flat-screen TV can be swiveled. This room also features exterior roller shutters and access to the large southwest-facing balcony, which offers comfortable seating and an awning. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a heated towel rack, and a 1.20 x 90 cm shower stall with a rain showerhead. In the bedroom, you can darken the room during the day using the exterior roller shutters; a travel cot can also be set up there. Here, too, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV on the wall, and the bedside lamps include charging stations for cell phones. Wi-Fi included. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the apartment’s basement, where you’ll also find the travel cot, sand toys, and a picnic bag.
