The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the complex—right on the beach and next to the marina in Kühlungsborn.



Amenities

The vacation apartment consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—both facing the inner courtyard, and a living-dining area with access to the balcony.

The apartment’s interior features a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer and a TV/hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

We can provide a high chair and a crib—which can be set up in the second bedroom—for a fee and upon request. The balcony is covered and faces east.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking vacation apartment.

You can rent bathrobes for a fee upon request at our service office. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment includes an underground parking space in a double-parking system with a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.70 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m) can be booked as an add-on upon request for an additional fee.

The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” complex features an elevator, a coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.



In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have therefore been installed in the apartments.
