Cozy studio in the garden with terrace

In the heart of the Algarve, in Porches/Armacao de Pera, this studio is located in a villa on a well-maintained plot with palm trees, exotic plants, and flowers. The property is located in a residential area directly on the busy connecting road (with seasonal traffic) from Porches to Armacao de Pera. This road leads to the town (approx. 2.5 km) and the approximately 8 km long sandy beach, with a beautiful promenade, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and excellent shopping opportunities. The German owners live in the house and lovingly look after guests as needed. The location of the villa is an ideal starting point for all activities and excursions.
Free parking is available approximately 50 m from the house.
From Vivenda das Palmeiras (studio), it is only a few minutes' drive to the town and the beautiful beach.
Also ideal for wintering. Electric heating is available.
In the winter months the electricity is paid extra on site (€ 0.30 Kw/h)

Lovely studio in small community setting

Everything you need in a studio apartment. Beautiful garden, pleasant community. Attentive host, but lots of privacy. 8 minutes drive to the town and beach.The only negative is the road can be a bit noisy during busy times. Also, if you use electric heater or dehumidifier there is a metered charge.

True to the name, this is a very cozy studio. The host, Rufiana (I hope I spelt that correctly) was extremely responsive and was able to check us in early. Upon arrival she showed us the apartment & gave us a map of the surrounding areas & town and even gave us suggestions on which local markets to shop at & restaurants to dine in. The studio is far enough away from the tourist spots where it’s a great place to sit in the shade and kick your feet up after being outside all day. But it’s close enough where you’re only about a 10 minute drive to Armação de Pêra, Benagil cave tours, and the Seven Hanging Valley hike points. The highway is right past the wall barricading the premises but to be honest the noise didn’t bother us throughout the night and it still felt very safe. Will definitely look at staying here again on the next go around!

Very nice owner (Romi). Clean, well-maintained apartment. TV with many english news and movie channels. Good wifi. Grocery stores are nearby (less than 5min by car). Nice garden and sitting area outside. Fully equipped kitchen (but no oven). No laundry machine but you can wash by hand and dry outside. To find... do a search on google maps for "Rua de Vilamar, Porches". Well worth it.

Check in war früher als beschrieben möglich, Inhaberin sehr freundlich. Küchenausstattung: das nötigste da, es wäre toll gewesen, wenn ein Salz oder Spülmittel da gewesen wäre. Für die 4 Tage, die wir da waren, war es ein wenig ärgerlich das zu kaufen.

Séjour parfait

Notre séjour au Portugal a été merveilleux. Nous avons été accueillis par une hôte chaleureuse et très agréable. À l’intérieur du logement, tout était parfait, l’intérieur comme l’extérieur étaient très propres et le studio est très bien équipé. Le logement est à proximité de tout en voiture, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cette région magnifique du Portugal.Merci à notre hôte !

Sejour à Porches

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le logement de" Rumjana". Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier résidentiel. Son emplacement permet de visiter toute ll'Algarve. Merci encore à Rumjana pourson accueil.

Très bon séjour

Je recommande cet appartement qui est super bien placé dans un quartier plutôt calme pour aller découvrir l'Algarve. Proche de toutes commodités et non loin des principales plages et points de vue. De plus l'hôte est tree accueillante et malgré nos difficultés en anglais, nous avons toujours pu échanger. Le logement est tres propre et contient tout ce qu'il faut.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene dalla proprietaria, una persona simpatica, che si è sempre dimostrata molto disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza si possa avere e reattiva nelle risposte tramite telefono. La zona in cui è situato l’appartamento dista 20 min di macchina da Albufeira. L’appartamento anche se piccolo, risulta essere ben fornito delle attrezzature varie. Il patio è molto carino, abbiamo cenato fuori con piacere. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene!; unica pecca, e quindi da trovare una soluzione, essendo a piano terra e in mezzo al verde, ci sono molte formiche all’interno, pur tenendo sempre pulito.

Zeer vriendelijke en correcte gastvrouw. Ze staat er als je haar nodig hebt, maar geeft je evengoed je privacy. De studio biedt je alles wat je nodig hebt en is zeer proper. Het enige minpuntje is de drukkere weg naast de accommodatie. Maar ons heeft dit niet zo gestoord.

Habe mich wohlgefühlt

Ich war einen Monat in der Ferienwohnung und habe mich wirklich wohlgefühlt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Supermarkt und am Strand. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und mich wohlgefühlt – die Vermieter sind freundlich und die Wohnung wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gesäubert. Die Straße ist leider laut.

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans l Algarve et avons decouvert des panoramas magnifiques Nous avons été bien accueillis , mangé du poissons à volonté Par contre en randonnées nous avons constatés que les chemins ne sont pas toujours bien balisés
