The Space:

Welcome to Mountain View Memories at Northridge, a beautifully appointed townhome nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. With stunning views of Camelback Mountain and the Delaware Water Gap, this cozy getaway is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the outdoors in any season.



This spacious three-bedroom, three-bath retreat features an open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The fully stocked kitchen includes convenient small appliances like an electric tea kettle, electric skillet, air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and an Instapot/rice cooker—perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to hearty family dinners. The bright dining area and cozy living space make it easy to gather, share meals, and unwind after a day of mountain fun.



Designed with families in mind, the home also includes two Pack ’n Plays and a baby gate for added comfort and convenience when traveling with little ones. Downstairs, the finished basement doubles as a game and movie zone with a large TV, Nintendo Switch, air hockey, foosball, and a variety of board games and puzzles to entertain guests of all ages.



Two private decks provide incredible views of the Poconos—ideal for sipping morning coffee or stargazing at night. A ground-level paver patio offers even more space to relax outdoors, and during the summer months, guests also have access to the community’s outdoor heated pool, just a short walk from the home.



Perfectly located just five minutes from Camelback Mountain Resort, Camelbeach Waterpark, and year-round adventure at Camelback Mountain Adventures, the home also offers quick access to Big Pocono State Park, The Crossings Premium Outlets, local restaurants, and Mountain View Vineyard.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.





Just a quick note about the community pool during your stay.

The pool is located at the HOA building at 115 Quail Lane, Tannersville, PA 18372. Simply check in with the pool attendant upon arrival and they'll get you set up!

A few things to keep in mind:



Only registered guests may use the pool. No additional guests will be permitted.

The pool is only available from June 12 through September 7, 2026. No access outside of these dates.

Pool Season: June 12 through August 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Final Week: August 30 through September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pool access is not available on your check-out day.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
