Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Der Saunabereich im Dachgeschoss ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings wurde in der Beschreibung ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf den Haff versprochen, welchen man von der Terrasse aus sehen sollte. Leider sieht man nur die Ferienhäuser, die direkt an der Haffküste stehen und außerdem mit einem Zaun abgegrenzt sind, sodass man keinen Zugang zur Haffküste hat. Der Strand in Kamminke ist gut zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Kaiserbäder mit dem Bus, allerdings fährt der letzte Bus schon kurz nach 16 Uhr zurück nach Zirchow.
