This modern holiday home, measuring approximately 70 m², accommodates up to 4 people and is perfect for families or couples looking to spend an unforgettable holiday in Schillig.

Its central location allows you to reach the town centre in just a few minutes on foot—discover cosy cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. Just a stone’s throw away is Schillig’s beautiful sandy beach, ideal for long walks, refreshing days at the beach, or simply relaxing by the sea.

In the light-filled living and kitchen area, you’ll immediately feel the relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The cosy sofa and two comfortable armchairs invite you to unwind, while the open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals and cook together.

The two bedrooms are peaceful retreats. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm, 2x 90x200 cm mattresses) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom also offers a double bed of the same size, as well as a sturdy wooden children’s bed—perfect for families with young guests.

The bright, inviting tiled bathroom features a shower, a large mirror, and a washing machine, which is available for your use during your stay.
The spacious entryway with a coat closet keeps things organised and provides plenty of room for your jackets and shoes.

Enjoy sunny days in the garden with its terrace—whether it’s a cosy breakfast, an al fresco dinner, or simply a few quiet moments on the lawn for sunbathing. There’s space for your car on the driveway, while the garage safely stores bicycles or a handcart.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
