Just steps from a private stretch of Cape Cod Bay, this cozy two-bedroom retreat invites you to slow down and embrace the simple joys of summer—morning beach walks, afternoons spent swimming in calm bay waters, and evenings gathered around the deck sharing fresh seafood and stories from the day.

This was a hidden gem. The location is great and we had everything we needed. Yes, it's cozy but great for our girls weekend. Great access to both the beach and the free shuttle into Provincetown. Nice to have the outdoor furniture and Sarah was a breeze to work with. Fast communication and we are looking forward to coming back next year

Place is decent and functional. - nothing too fancy. Best thing about this place. Turn left out of the driveway, drive 4 miles and you are in downtown Provincetown. So much to see and do. Definitely gonna come back - soon, I hope

the place was clean enough but zoom in on the bathroom picture. The shower was pretty disgusting. The outside sliding door was difficult to slide and the screen was very creaky. The BBQ was unable to be used because it is locked to the fence and the wind blowing made it impossible to use. The outdoor furniture is cheap and flimsy. The curtains are so thin the brightness wakes you every morning. It was a bit of a trek to the beach especially lugging the chairs, etc. The beach is not taken cared of so a lot of seaweed. It is a condo unit so heard the neighbor upstairs walking back and forth late at night and very early in the morning. I would not stay here again. The price of 400 per night, I would rather pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Cleanliness and comfort are incredibly important to us, and we’ll be taking a close look at the bathroom and making sure it receives the attention it needs. We’ll also be looking into the sliding door and screen, outdoor furniture, grill setup, and window coverings so we can make improvements for future guests. We’re sorry that some of the practical aspects of the property made your stay less enjoyable, particularly carrying beach items and dealing with the morning light and noise. We understand that everyone has different expectations when it comes to a vacation rental, and we appreciate you sharing yours.
