This is an oceanfront condo located in a residential building, so community rules and quiet hours must be observed. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Parties and additional guests are not permitted. Access to common areas is subject to building regulations. There may be occasional noise typical of a tourist area. ID is required for check-in.

**Important – Access Wristbands**

Wristbands are required to enjoy the included amenities and benefits.
• A processing fee of $10 USD per person applies and must be paid upon arrival.
• The fee covers up to 5 guests.
• If the group exceeds 5 people, an additional total charge of $100 USD will apply, in addition to the standard wristband cost of $10 USD per person.
• Wristbands can only be issued during the Vidanta security gate's operating hours: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Please let us know your estimated arrival time (within these hours) in advance so we can coordinate the wristband handover. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, wristbands may not be available until the following day.
