When we say fun, WE MEAN IT. This house is set up for the ultimate family get away and we guarantee you will want to come back year after year. This amazing property sleeps up to 8 adults and 6 children (Max 13) Our goal was to create a space where children would be so entertained, that the adults could relax and enjoy their vacation too. Two Master suites, 3.5 baths, an INDOOR TREEHOUSE, GAMEROOM, 3 pools, kiddie wading pool, hot tub, mini splash pad, swim beach, lake access and much more.

• INDOOR TREEHOUSE: We've got the children's entertainment covered. This over the top space is equipped with two rock walls, a swing, giant connect 4, tic tac toe, an indoor slide, and more. This space doubles as a bunk room and has a queen and full sized bed for childrens sleeping accommodations.

• Game Room: This space is sure to please any teenager or even the teenager at heart. Includes a pool table, air hockey, skeeball, large TV, and more.

We have the parents' entertainment covered too with cornhole, giant jenga, and a shuffleboard table. Also, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxury coffee bar, and mini fridge to fill with your favorite beverages.

The living space has a family sized couch where everyone can come together to watch a movie or just talk about the fun you had that day.

Downstairs:
• Luxury Master suite with a king bed, sitting area, private bathroom with walk in shower.

Upstairs:
**THE UPSTAIRS IS A SHOE FREE ZONE**
In order to keep this property in beautiful condition for many families to come, we request all shoes be removed and no food or drinks upstairs. Thank you for treating this property as you would your own.

• Bedroom 2- Luxury Master suite with a queen bed and one twin bed, private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• Bedroom 3- Full sized bed, twin bunk beds, attached bathroom with private vanity area. The shower/tub combo is shared.

• Bedroom 4- Bunk room/Treehouse
One full sized bed and one queen bed. **For children only. Rockwall is used to get up and slide to get down.

Parents will love our built in child safety gates at the top and bottom of stairs, and on the front patio also. More children's items available upon early request.

Now that we've covered the indoor FUN let's get to the SUN. The property is located minutes from the beautiful Lake Eufaula. A short walk and you'll be on the water in no time. The swimming beach is great for all ages to take a swim, build a sand castle, or just enjoy the outdoors. Also included with your stay is access to 3 luxury swimming pools, a hot tub, a child size wading pool, and a mini splash pad.

The community garden is another favorite. There's just something about waking up and taking the kids on a walk to the garden to visit the chicken coop. Don't forget to save them your fruit and vegetable leftovers from the day before, they love a morning snack.

When it comes to dining there are a few great options. The pantry has tons of items to choose from to make dinner for the family.

The boardwalk pool has propane grills ready to fire up, along with a large prep area to host a cookout.

Mama Tigs is a woodfire pizza kitchen located within the community.

The Meeting House is a great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They also have a great coffee selection, milkshakes, smoothies, a full bar, and outdoor dining.

Near the beach you'll want to check out Lake Days. Here you can rent a paddle board, kayak, canoes and more to enjoy a day on the water. (Weather permitting)

For the safety of our guests, the property, and for insurance purposes; there are cameras located on the exterior of the front and back of the property. These cannot be tampered with for any reason, at any time.

THIS PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING, including on the covered porches. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. A $1000 fine will be billed to the card on file if this rule is broken.

No pets of any kind, for any reason are allowed at the property. Due to guest allergies this is a pet free environment.

No parties or events are allowed. For insurance purposes only registered guests are allowed within the property or at included amenities, at any time throughout the stay.

***All guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property if any above rules are broken. This will result in the end of your stay with no refund given.

All amenities are subject to change in operating hours or availability. We cannot guarantee all places will be open at any given time. We are not held responsible for any closures throughout your stay but will do our best to report any issues and help get them resolved.

This property is not child proofed. It is required that all children be actively monitored while using the treehouse or any other items within the house. For your convenience safety gates are built in at the top and bottom of the stairs, and also across the front patio.

Carlton Landing is a rapidly growing community so please expect to see or hear construction.

The property sits near the shoreline of the lake therefor bugs are inevitable. We do our best to keep the property sprayed for pests. Please expect to see a few tiny friends during your stay. Doors should never be left open, flying creatures love making their way in.
