This is a lovely, clean apartment in a quiet, safe area. It is exactly like the pictures. It is very easy to get into the city centre on the bus and the visitor pass was fantastic. The hosts were responsive and welcomed us warmly on arrival. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent location and accommodation

We stayed here with our teenagers and had the most wonderful time. The apartment was clean and cosy, close to public transport and the host was very helpful in answering our questions. 5 star in all respects.

Fabulous family base for exploring Lucerne

This is a spacious property with a well equipped kitchen. It is a short way out of the centre, but the combination of free public transport with the Lucerne visitor card and a frequent bus service means that it is very convenient. Definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had some troubles with the getting in and getting set-up information, but once we did, the place was great for us! It was roomy and very clean. The beds were comfortable, the location was good, and the bus pass/guest was very valuable! Thank you so much!

Conveniently located apartment has all essentials needed

Our hosts Benno and his wife were exceptional in responding to any travel questions we had. This was our very first VRBO rental and we were pleased with the security, updated kitchen and bathroom and comfortable beds. Secure garage parking was convenient and Nespresso and bus pass provided by host was greatly appreciated Area was safe and clean We would rent again as it was convenient for our family of five .

easy access to Luzern

Quieter neighborhood, property as advertised. got the bus passes which was a short ride to the city center. Given the heat, would have appreciated a couple more fans and a microwave on the property but other than that everything was comfortable.

A wonderful stay!

This apartment couldn't have been better. The hosts are very responsive. The beds are comfy. They provided us with coffee, which was very much appreciated. The bathroom shower is divine! The location was incredible....such easy access to the public bus. Very roomy apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great outside terrace. Thoughtfully provided fans, if needed - that's a rarity. Lots of hooks to hang things - also a rarity. I would easily stay here again....and again.....and again.

Terrible communications, and minor problems.

The flat was OK. I couldn't communicate with the host though. There was some technical issue with their phone company VS my phone company and everything was through a local friend who's phone worked with both. Also I guess they were out of town while we were there. That made check in and paying the tourist tax very awkward. We were locked out for about an hour.Additionally, we visited when it was very hot. No Hvac, OK fine it's Switzerland, but there were no sheets on the beds, just relatively heavy blankets. Made sleeping miserable.

Super angenehmes Aufenthalt - wie zuhause

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Lucern in der Wohnung von unseren lieben Gastgebern. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Möglichkeit in dieser Sauberen, modern gestalteten, für die ganze Familie, wir sind mit 3 Generationen gereist, war das ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Es hat alles rundum gepasst. Dazu auch noch super freundliche Gastgeber, die immer schnell auf die Fragen eine Antwort gegeben haben und uns sogar erlaubten, dass eine Freundin 1 Nacht kostenlos in der Wohnung verbringt. Wirklich mega nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Auch der Checkin und checkout haben super geklappt. Wirklich tolles rundum Paket.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Küche) und man ist per Bus schnell im Zentrum von Luzern. Die Betten sind allerdings sehr weich (durchgelegen) und es gibt keine extra Balkonmöbel.
