The Capt Trim house is lovely, close to town and beautifully decorated. A perfect place to stay in historic Camden.

We loved our stay in this charming historic home in Camden! The house was full of character and history, which made the experience feel especially unique. The location was fantastic—we could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and everything downtown Camden has to offer. A wonderful place to stay if you appreciate historic charm and want to explore Camden on foot. We’d happily stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The twin bed matressses could use a topper to soft the hard. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked. Sweet place

Cozy historic house with tons of space to spread out. The location cannot be beat, just up the hill from downtown Camden. We enjoyed walking into town multiple times, it's so nice to be able to leave the car behind! The trail to Mount Battie is only a couple blocks away. The beds were very comfortable as the mattresses must be newer. Was also nice to have 2 TV's both with Roku's to unwind in the evening. A couple things to note, both the downstairs bedroom door and bathroom door within would not close all the way. Was not a big problem for our group but may be for others. Also the there is only one shower, downstairs is only a tub. There is no coffee maker, only a Keurig machine. I found a small 2-cup percolator in the pantry that worked well and was to make coffee the old fashioned way. Other than that was a perfect getaway for our family!

This home exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures don’t do it justice. There was so much room and so perfectly New England. The proximity to the darling downtown area, wharf and many great restaurants was wonderful. The perfect walk after a big dinner or for morning coffee. It was obvious that it is a well loved home with a rich family history.
