Renovated Turn Of The Century Three Bedroom Farmhouse

Three beautiful en suites all renovated and beautifully decorated. Full state of the art chef's kitchen, living room with large television and electric fireplace, dining room and private courtyard with grill and lush lawn with community firepit. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. Use of hotel amenities next door includes seasonal heated pool and second community firepit. Three night minimum. House cleaning fee is $300. Dogs are allowed in the downstairs area only with a one time $50 per dog pet fee. This is a no smoking property. Explore Rockland, Rockport and Camden and so much more.

This is a nicely renovated property. It is an old house, that has all of the things that come with older homes (very few electrical outlets, uneven floors, window temperature units, etc). It does sit on a busy road, so if road noise is bothersome to you that is a consideration. Another thing to note, while this home is affiliated with the Starlight Lodge next door, they do make a distinction between levels of service between the properties. For example, everyday items like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc are not replenished. Many hosts provide ample supplies of these items, but in this situation what is left in the house is what is provided.

This beautiful, historic property was fully renovated to luxury standards just a few years ago and has been professionally maintained. Upon your arrival, the house was spotless and ready to welcome you. Regarding coffee, when your party mentioned the lack of regular Keurig pods, our Innkeeper immediately provided high-quality drip coffee packets, offered freshly brewed coffee, and supplied additional pods the following day as promised. The pods were confirmed to be regular coffee, not decaf. We strive to accommodate requests, though consumables are provided as initial courtesy supplies rather than unlimited stock, as is customary with short-term rentals. Additional essentials are available upon request. Built in 1899, the house blends New England charm with modern luxury, including a state-of-the-art kitchen, three beautiful bathrooms, quality beds and luxury bedding, updated fixtures, radiant heat, and new window AC units. While the property faces a main road, noise is minimal for most guests. Its central location offers convenient access to the surrounding harbor towns, a benefit frequently praised in our reviews. We work hard to maintain our standards, respond to guest needs, and ensure everyone has a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
