The apartment is located in the heart of Graz, on a cross street from Herrengasse. It is 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz, 5 minutes from the main square. Two blocks away is a "Spar" supermarket, which is only open every Sunday until 9pm. Cafés, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors to congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL, Magna international staff.
All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In the house there is a room with washer and dryer with free access for our guests.
Sheets, bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Blankets and pillows are available free of charge.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Ideale zentrale Lage ind er Grazer Altstadt

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ideal, um alle besichtigungswürdigen Punkte auch ohne Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Betreuung war voll gegeben, man hatte immer die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen und wurde auch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
