Outside: heated pool + soaking tub, 2 full-size pickleball courts, futsal, basketball, custom mini-golf, fire pit, kids play structure, & massive poolside movie theater. Inside: game room (pool, foosball, air hockey, arcade, shuffleboard, karaoke, popcorn machine), poker table, Nintendo Switch, 8 Smart TVs. Family gear: Pack ’n Play & high chair.
