Great trip

We loved our stay. Everything was wonderful especially the location. Our only problem was that we were seniors and not very technical so we had to ask questions about the door opening app. The hosts were very responsive and everything worked out well. One last comment is that we wished they had pepper in the kitchen.

Berlin sight seeing

The apartment was very clean and tidy and well equipped for a short city break. We were apprehensive about accessing with an app but Urs and Team answered our queries promptly and we had no problem getting in. Very close to the S and U Bahn made getting in to central Berlin easy. One minor query during our stay was also reponded to quickly.

Responsive Hosts, Great Location, Apartment not as Described

We were thrilled with the location of our apartment. We chose the apartment because of the location and because it was listed as having 2.5 bathrooms at the time that we booked. We are two couples and specifically wanted a place with separate, full bathrooms for our week-long stay. When we arrived, we discovered that one bathroom had a toilet and a sink, and the other had a shower and a sink, so there was in fact no full bathroom in the apartment. The host was responsive and changed the listing however this did not make our stay more comfortable. There is a lovely bonus room with a sofa and TV which is perfect for doing yoga or relaxing, but the stairs down are precarious and are not gated off, making it a bit of a hazard if you are traveling with children or are walking to the toilet in the dark. We blocked off the stairs with a chair at night. The bedrooms are small, so there is not much room for an open suitcase.

Super Lage, S- und U-Bahnanschluss nahe bei, ebenso der Bäcker. Gute und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, aber Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser zu wenig vorhanden.

Super Apartment in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Räume sind recht klein, aber groß genug für 4 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer im UG war top! Problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Host, empfehlenswert!

Gut strukturierte, geschmackvolle Wohnung in guter Lage für vier Personen, die sich gut verstehen.

Zur Erkunding von Berlin geeignet Lage, aber auch mal zum Ausruhen gut. Gute Gastronomie in der Nähe. U-Bahn,S-Bahn, Stassenbahn schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement ist offensichtlich neu und sehr stylisch renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, trotz der etwas kompakten, aber intelligent organisierten Räumlichkeiten fehlte es uns an nichts, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler waren vorhanden. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastro-Angebote, sowie Haltestellen der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, bei Fragen würde uns schnell geholfen. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurzurlaub nach Berlin, auch für den Preis. Gerne wieder !

Günstig gelegen

Ruhig und verkehrsgünstig nahe UBahn, SBahn und Tram. Ins Wohnzimmer mit TV führt eine ziemlich halsbrecherische Treppe, die haben nur unsere Kinder genutzt. Für 4 Personen und fünf Tage zu wenig Platz für Klamotten (kein Schrankraum). Alles klein, aber neu und sehr sauber. Für uns eine gute Alternative zum Hotel.

Klein aber Praktisch

Die Wohnung liegt in einer soweit ruhigen Gegend mit sehr guter Anbindung. Man bekommt fast rund um die Uhr alles was man brauch. Aus der Wohnung wurde das Maximum rausgeholt. Etwas eng, aber praktisch. Beim Städte Trip ist man ja eh viel unterwegs. Immer wieder gerne.
