About the Accommodation – Vacation Rental 1
Newly renovated duplex vacation rental – approx. 400m walk to the beach
We have lovingly redesigned our vacation rentals. Vacation Rental 1 can accommodate up to 3 guests. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a bathroom with a shower, a private bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m), and an open-concept kitchen-living area. From here, you can also access the spacious rooftop terrace (approx. 20 m²) with patio furniture.
A narrow staircase leads to the second sleeping level. Here you’ll find a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), seating, a second TV, and open wardrobes.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more, invites you to linger.
A parking space directly in front of the house is available to guests free of charge. If you’re arriving with two cars, you can use an additional parking space directly in front of the house free of charge as well, upon request.
The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. It features two TVs, Wi-Fi, shopping within 100 meters, and a train station 800 meters away.
Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator), and the staircase leading to the open second-level sleeping area is very steep and not childproofed for small children.
