Nestled amid Fehmarn’s picturesque countryside, this charming vacation home awaits you in Gollendorf—just about 750 meters from the Baltic Sea. With 75 m² of living space, three cozy bedrooms, and room for up to 6 people, it offers everything you need for a completely relaxing vacation. Two dogs are also welcome—and thanks to the fenced-in yard, they can play outside carefree, just like the kids.
The house features an open, light-filled living room with a fireplace and a cozy dining area—perfect for social evenings after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure, and two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) provide extra comfort.
The furnished terrace is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or for a relaxing end to the day. Two private parking spaces right next to the house make your arrival easy and convenient.
The home’s carbon footprint is constantly being reduced. Since 2019, electricity has come from renewable energy sources. In 2024, the gas heating system was replaced with an air-source heat pump. On sunny days, a solar panel system covers most of the home’s electricity needs. Hot days are more bearable thanks to sun protection and ample shaded areas provided by trees and plants in the garden.
