Sehr schönes Haus in Top Lage

Wir haben eine Woche als vierköpfige Familie in dem Haus verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war reibungslos und freundlich, das Haus sauber und modern, die Lage und die Aussicht top. Kommen gerne wieder.

KATASTROPHE!!!

Die Anlage ist TOP! Die Agentur vor Ort die grösste Katastrophe!!! Der Besitzer sollte diese unbedingt austauschen. Sie lebt von Lügen, Betrügen und Diebstahl. Bei Ankunft lagen auf dem Bett fremde Intimhaare, im Küchenwaschbecken und der Spülmaschine Essensreste, die Herdplatte war belegt mit übergelaufenem Pastawasser, die Armaturen im Bad voller Seifen- und Zahnpastaresten, Spiegel, Toilette und der Boden im gesamten Haus nicht gereinigt (von den Fenstern ganz zu schweigen). Spinnen in den Ecken, usw. In Absprache mit Elisabetta haben wir unsere Sachen über Nacht im Auto lassen müssen, und konnten uns somit nicht einrichten und die Wohnung, wie beworben nutzen. Nachdem dann die "Putzkolonne" (eine Frau!) am nächsten Tag erst kommen konnte, fehlten danach meine Ohringe aus Gold!!!! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Die angegebene Klimaanlage, für die es sogar eine Bedienungsanleitung der Agentur gibt, existiert nicht. Es ist eine Lüftung, die keine Klimaanlage ist und nicht kühlt. Die Fenster und Türen (bodentief) mussten laut Agentur aber geschlossen bleiben, damit die Kühlung funktioniert - und das bei Knapp 40 Grad. Für über 500,- € die Nacht muss man etwas besseres erwarten dürfen! Am 04.09.23 habe ich bereits eine Reklamation an Interhome gesendet, auf die bis heute keinerlei Reaktion kam. Wir erwarten die Erstattung für die erste Nacht! Wenn das nicht erfolgen sollte, behalten wir uns vor, weitere Schritte gegen Sie einzuleiten, die möglicherweise teurer werden.
