The house features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, teapot and toaster, a dining area, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, quiet ceiling fans in every room, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Outside, enjoy a large private terrace with outdoor dining for 6, a large parasol, 4 sun loungers, a barbecue and a relaxing seating area. Wake up to birdsong, spend your evenings under a star-filled sky, and unwind with the sound of the river flowing below the property.

Ideally located just 5 minutes from Le Cheylard, the house is the perfect base for hiking, cycling, swimming in natural rivers and lakes, or exploring the beautiful villages and landscapes of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park.
